Mr. and Mrs. Rogers!

I am a little behind on my blogging!! Last Thursday, my little sister Ryan married her boyfriend of two years, Palyn's Daddy! They said their vows with family and close friends, and will have a reception this summer.

Ryan's Shower

So my sister and her boyfriend of 2 years, Jeremy (Palyn's dad) got married this Thursday! Last Sunday we had a shower for them at his mom's house. I wish the two of them a lifetime of happiness and would love to take their princess off of their hands any time! Here are some pics from the shower.

Spring Saturday Fun!

Friday night Caden spent the night at his friend Payton Braswell's house! Saturday morning, I went to a jewelery party and then to pick him up at the ball field where Payton had a game. When I got there this is how I found him!

Notice his snake, "Snapper". He hasn't put him down since the zoo! I'm just taking a wild guess by saying that I bet those boys stayed up and played allll night!! After spending a little more time at the ballfields, his two friends came home with us!

Saturday night we went to the best recital I have ever seen! I took dance when I was little, but didn't after elementary school. I was super impressed by the show that Shirley's Dance Studio put on!! Here are some pictures of us before the recital.

Our Zoo Field Trip!

So as you know, Friday we went to the zoo on Caden's kindergarten field trip! We took him to school that morning because they had to ride the bus, then TaTa and I headed toward Montgomery. We ended up getting there with enough time for a little dollar store shopping! When we met the kids at the zoo, sadly, the staff did not have our tickets or arm bands ready. That only added to our delay. The school buses were going to have to leave in enough time to return for the kids to get out of school. Therefore, we got there at 10AM, got tickets about 10:30, lunch at 11:30, and meet back at 12:30. Bless their hearts! I felt like we were rushing them the whole time! I kept saying "Let's look and walk guys!" I felt so bad for them!

day to hang out and not have to be rushed!!

Traveling Light and Stepping up

So my weekend wasn't great, but I can promise you that I'm on to the bigger and better things that God has planned in my life! I will begin with these two things as starters!
